Please note that depending on the type of services you require, we may need trained personnel to operate certain equipment and manage the locking and unlocking of the church. Live Stream service availability will depend on the number of available volunteers.

Imani does not charge for funeral services; however, we suggest you consider giving a love offering. This offering serves as an honorarium for our volunteers and officiants, as well as to help offset operational costs. You are welcome to contribute more or less, or not at all—regardless, we sincerely thank God for the opportunity to support you.

Date of the event

All children under 18 must be always supervised. Under no circumstances should children be left unattended. We require one adult chaperone for every ten children attending the event. Infants may remain with their parents. Based on the number of children you provided, please submit the names and contact information of individuals who will assist in supervising the children throughout the event.

You are required to leave our facilities in the same condition you found them. Please clean up and rearrange all tables and chairs as they were originally set up.

We encourage you to take pictures of the arrangements before the event to help you reset the space afterward.

Make sure that any leftover drinks are poured into the provided bucket. Please remind your guests not to dispose of liquids in the garbage, as this may cause spills during trash removal, leaving sticky marks on the hallways and stairs.

Overall, please ensure that the space, including the stairs and hallways, is free from any liquids before you leave. Thank you for your cooperation!

This is a non binding agreement and it can be revoked at any time. The facility is not guarantees until payment and deposit is made.

Upon reviewing your application and confirming the availability of our facility, you will receive an email notification confirming availability, along with an invoice and the available payment methods. Your total includes a $100 security deposit, which will be fully refunded in the original form of payment, provided that the cleaning has been done properly. Please note that any extra cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit. Allow 3-5 business days for the security deposit refund to be processed. Additionally, an invoice will be issued for the replacement of any damages caused to our equipment or the building during your use of the facility. Please be aware that the facility is not secured until payment is made in full.
